Terms & Conditions
Bianca Ribar works with a team of professionals, no booking guarantees Bianca Ribar to complete a booking unless specifically requested. In the event that Bianca has been specifically requested and is unable to attend the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Bianca will get in contact with you to discuss available options.
Bianca Ribar does everything she can to to run on time and will generally arrive 10 minutes before a booking to set up, if for some reason Bianca is running late she will get in contact with you.
Trial
All trials are one look only. If you wish to trial more than one look of hair and/or makeup additional fees will be charged. If you wish to trial more than one look, this needs to be discussed with Bianca Ribar prior to booking in your trial so sufficient time is allocated to your booking.
All hair and makeup trials are booked for a time frame of 1.5hours
Hair or Makeup trials are booked at 1 hour
If a trial goes over the allocated time a fee of $25 per half hour will be charged.
All wedding bookings require a trial, if for some reason a trial cannot be arranged this needs to be discussed with Bianca Ribar.
All trials take place in Bianca's studio unless prior arrangements are made with Bianca.
Payment
The person scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment in the event that other people in the group booking do not pay their portion. Full payment of services is due 14 days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made.
Deposit
All bookings require a $50 deposit to secure the appointment. Without a deposit your booking is not confirmed.
Travel Fees
Travel Fees start from $30 outside of a 25km radius from Bianca's location.
Early Call Out Fees
Early morning call out fees apply for all bookings starting prior to 8am from $100 per Artist
Parking
If Parking Fees are required, they will be charged to the client accordingly
Holidays
Bianca rarely takes holidays and relies on pubic holidays and long weekends as a break, A fee of $100 will be charged for the following days Australia Day, Anzac Day, Easter Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, Queens Birthday long weekend Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Labour Day Long weekend Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day)
Cancellations
In the event that the client cancels the booking or fails to attend the services of the booked date for any reason, Bianca shall suffer looses that are difficult to ascertain.
The $50 deposit will be forfeited by the client and paid to Bianca Ribar as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
If someone from a group booking cancels their service booking once the deposit has been received, the total balance will remain the same unless 2 weeks notice prior to the event date bas been given to Bianca Ribar, more than two weeks notice is loss of deposit only.
COVID19
All bookings effected by Covid-19 are fully transferable. In the event that the new event date can't be rescheduled with Bianca Ribar due to her busy schedule a full refund will be provided.
For your knowledge
The following is a list of the Hygiene & Safety procedures that Bianca and her team use to keep her clients safe, most of these have been standard procedure prior to this pandemic, but just for your knowledge.
* Disposable makeup/hair capes
* Face mask to wore by Bianca during services
*Bianca and her teams hands are washed for more than 20 seconds or sanitised prior to starting your service
*All surfaces and products used are completely sanitised with 70% alcohol which is more effective than 99% as 99% dries to quickly to allow time enough to kill off infection whereas 70% takes longer to dry, therefore killing germs etc more effectively.
* Brushes are only used on one client, different set for each client or they will be cleaned prior to use if a new set is unavailable using 70% alcohol
* All products are decanted prior to using on your face, onto a palette, tissue or spatula. This stops cross contamination.
* Disposable mascara and lips wands are used at all times and thrown in the bin after each person.
* Time is allocated between clients to sanitise the area prior to the next talent or client
